Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026
content-zavod ("the tool") is a private, internal tool operated by its owner to publish short videos to the owner's own YouTube channel, TwitchMoments, to the owner's own Instagram professional account, and as drafts to the owner's own TikTok accounts. This policy explains what data the tool accesses and how it is handled.
YouTube API Services
The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's processing of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Instagram API with Instagram Login
The tool can publish Reels to the operator's own Instagram professional account through the Instagram API with Instagram Login. By using it you agree to the Instagram Terms of Use. Meta's processing of data is governed by the Instagram Privacy Policy.
TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API
The tool can upload finished videos as drafts to the inbox of the operator's own TikTok accounts, using TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API (Upload). The tool does not publish to TikTok: the operator opens each draft in the TikTok app, adds the caption and publishes it manually. By using it you agree to the TikTok Terms of Service. TikTok's processing of data is governed by the TikTok Privacy Policy.
Data we access
- Google OAuth tokens for the YouTube channel owned by the operator, with the scopes
youtube.upload(to upload videos) andyoutube.readonly(to read the connected channel's name). - Basic channel information of the operator's own channel (channel ID and title).
- Instagram access token for the operator's own Instagram professional account, with the permissions
instagram_business_basic(to read the account's user ID and username) andinstagram_business_content_publish(to publish Reels). - TikTok access and refresh tokens for the operator's own TikTok accounts, with the scopes
user.info.basic(to read the account's open_id and display name, to confirm which account is connected) andvideo.upload(to upload videos as drafts to the account's inbox). - Publication records: the Reel ID or TikTok publish ID, the public link once the video is public, the caption sent to the operator and the time of publication, so the operator can see what was published.
The tool does not access, collect or store data of any other YouTube users. It has no public users, sign-ups, cookies, analytics or advertising.
How data is used and stored
OAuth tokens and channel information are stored only in the tool's private database on the operator's server and are used solely to upload videos to the operator's channel and to confirm which channel is connected. Data is not sold, shared with or transferred to third parties.
To publish a Reel, the tool gives Instagram a temporary link to the video file. The link is signed, expires within two hours and works only for the file that is being published. Instagram downloads the video from that link to create the Reel; the tool does not give Instagram any other access to the server.
Retention and deletion
Stored tokens are kept only while the tool is in use. They are deleted from the database when the channel is disconnected, and in any case within 30 days after the tool stops being used. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; after revocation the stored tokens no longer work and are deleted. Video files are kept on the operator's server for at most five days and are then deleted.
TikTok access can be removed at any time in the TikTok app in the security settings, under the permissions of apps and services (menu names vary by app version); after that the stored TikTok tokens no longer work and are deleted.
Instagram access can be removed at any time in the Instagram app under Settings → Apps and websites. To request deletion of any stored data, including Instagram and TikTok data, follow the instructions at content-zavod data deletion or email thrmdy@gmail.com.
Content in published videos
Published videos contain moments from public Twitch streams. Each video credits the streamer with links to their channel and the original clip. Creators who want a video removed can email thrmdy@gmail.com and it will be taken down.
Changes
Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated date.
