content-zavod ("the tool") is an internal tool used exclusively by its operator to publish videos to the operator's own YouTube channel and Instagram account, and to upload drafts to the operator's own TikTok accounts. It is not offered, sold or distributed to anyone else.

YouTube

The tool uses YouTube API Services. Use of the tool is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

TikTok

The tool uses TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API to upload videos as drafts to the operator's own TikTok inbox; the operator publishes each draft manually in the TikTok app. Use of the tool with TikTok is subject to the TikTok Terms of Service and the TikTok Privacy Policy.

Content and credit

Videos published by the tool are short edited moments from public Twitch streams. Every video credits the original streamer and links to their channel and to the original clip. Rights holders can request removal of any video by emailing thrmdy@gmail.com; such videos are removed promptly.

No warranty

The tool is provided as is, for internal use, without warranties of any kind.
