Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: October 11, 2026
content-zavod is a private tool operated by its owner. Its only Instagram connection is the owner's own professional account, and its only TikTok connections are the owner's own TikTok accounts. This page explains what data is stored and how to ask for it to be deleted.
What is stored
- Instagram access token and the Instagram user ID and username of the connected professional account.
- TikTok access and refresh tokens and the open_id and display name of each connected TikTok account.
- Publication records: the Reel ID or TikTok publish ID, the public link once the video is public, the caption sent to the owner and the time of publication.
- Video files that are waiting to be published or are being processed. They are deleted automatically once published or abandoned, and in any case within five days.
How to request deletion
Send an email to thrmdy@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Include the Instagram username or TikTok account name whose data should be deleted. There is no account or sign-up, so no other information is needed.
You can also remove the connection yourself at any time: in the Instagram app go to Settings → Apps and websites, find the app and choose Remove. Removing the connection stops the tool from using the access token. For TikTok, remove the app in the TikTok app's security settings, under the permissions of apps and services.
What happens after a request
- The stored access token is revoked and deleted from the tool's database.
- The stored user ID, username and publication records are deleted from the tool's database.
- Any video file still stored for the tool is deleted.
- Reels that were already published stay on Instagram until they are deleted there. They can be deleted in the Instagram app, or the owner will remove them on request.
- TikTok drafts and videos that were already published stay on TikTok until they are deleted in the TikTok app; the owner will remove them on request.
Requests are handled within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation by email.
Other data
The tool also stores Google (YouTube) tokens and channel information for the owner's YouTube channel. They are covered by the Privacy Policy, and the same email address applies.
Creators featured in a video
Videos credit the streamer with links to the original Twitch clip and channel. A streamer or creator who wants a video removed can email thrmdy@gmail.com, and it will be taken down.
